Contact | Email address | Until you close your account, or for 30 days after your account is activated, whichever is longer. |
Contact | Email address of your parent/guardian (if you are under the age of 13) | Until your parent/guardian accepts/rejects our Privacy and Terms, or for 30 days, whichever is longer. |
Contact | Mobile telephone number (if you are an administrator for your organisation) | Until you stop being an administrator for your organisation, or close your account, whichever is shorter. |
Profile | Password | Until you close your account. |
Device | Type of mobile device, unique device identifier, mobile operating system, type of mobile browser. | Until you close your account. |
* If an organisation needs to store messages for longer than 1 year, it will inform you of this in its Privacy and Rules statement. This is displayed to you when you join its network, and can be viewed at any time by tapping the Information button in the top-left of the Chats screen in your app. If an organisation changes the length of time it stores messages, it will inform you of this, and will update its Privacy and Rules statement accordingly.
